The RDS 64mm 2020+ Ford Powerstroke modified drop in turbocharger is the perfect replacement to your Ford with multiple great upgrades! While a few have tried, none have been able to overcome the turbine. The factory turbine size was 55mm and a 11 blade. The concern that most had was higher drive pressure with having a factory turbine but larger compressor wheel. This is what makes our unit different. This unit comes STANDARD with a larger 66mm 9 or 10 blade high flow turbine. In addition to the modified turbine, it also has been switched back to the tried and true journal 2015-2019 GT37 bearing design – an industry first. This is a more robust bearing design that allows us to take the factory ball bearing 6.35mm shaft size back up to a 7.46mm shaft size much like the 2015-2019 units were. As many remember from previous years, the ball bearing design did not have a great life expectancy. Combating this was one of our main goals to ensure long life in this unit. This unit will bolt up in the 100% factory location. Your factory actuator will bolt directly onto this unit without issues.

Core refund acceptance is at the discretion of SUP and the manufacturer/remanufacture or the original product. Failure to follow the above policy may result in partial credit and/or no credit being issued. If you would like a core returned that has been denied acceptance, you may request that within 30 days and pay for return shipping. Cores that have not been accepted and are unclaimed by the customer after 30 day will be destroyed and disposed of.
